Terms and Conditions:

Please choose carefully when purchasing as all sales are final. If you do not wish to pay for this item do not proceed to purchase it. Once you have selected to purchase from Celebrity Style, you are obligated by these terms and conditions to pay for it. Customers who fail to pay within 14 days, personal details will be forwarded onto our collection department and will be contacted by a debt collector to finalise your payment. You will also be liable for any fees or charges that may occur in recovering your payment. Celebrity Style does not accept personal or company cheques, due to the high amount of fraud and attempted fraud.

Celebrity Style reserves the right to withdraw any product from sale.

Celebrity Style reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for any customer who wishes to be released from their contract/sale obligations without payment.

We try to ensure that a large range of stock is kept on hand. In the event that we are out of a particular colour you have selected, you will be contacted on the expected ETA and your purchase will be placed on backorder

All our products are described as accurately as possible, all buyers must allow for possible variations of colour. However in mentioning this Celebrity Style offer a  replacement/money back guarantee against any product not as described or shown incorrectly.

Returns or Replacements:

* No refunds for changes of mind

We will happily offer replacement items if:

* the item is "dead on arrival" i.e. it is broken or not functioning correctly.
* There is a manufacturing fault with the item.
* The wrong item was sent to you.

Any item returned to Celebrity Style for replacement, found to be in correct condition will incur a $30.00 Service Fee.

Any unauthorised repairs carried out on any of our products will result in the Warranty being voided.

Any associated costs related to the return of any products for repairs or replacement is the responsibility of the customer.

Refund: Please return the unused product, in its brand new condition, in the exact same re-salable condition. All refunds are excluding postage. Any associated costs related to the return of any products for refund are the responsibility of the customer.
 
Exchanging:

Selecting a colour from a computer screen can sometimes be difficult. Celebrity Style can offer a colour exchange. Colours can be exchanged provided the extensions are unused and the zip tie is still intact. The packaging must also be in its brand new state. Customers must include a self addressed pre paid envelope or payment details for return shipping, a copy of your invoice and contact details including, return address. Please ensure that the exchange form that you would have received with your order is completely filled in. Please allow 14 days for exchanging.

Payment

Payment must be received within 7 days after purchasing.

Overseas Bidders

Payment can only be made via PayPal. Please contact us for a shipping total before checkout, you MUST not check out without contacting us first. Orders will not be dispatched if an incorrect shipping amount has been paid. Please allow up to 14 working days after a cleared payment for international postage, as items are shipped from Australia.

Postage

Our preferred delivery method is via Australian Air Express, as items can be tracked if lost or delayed. This protects us, the seller, and the customer.

All items delivered will require a signature on arrival, please select a shipping address where someone will be home to sign for it, alternatively having your item shipped to your work may be an option.

Australian Air Express will send you a tracking information email once your item is dispatched.

Shipping costs include guaranteed dispatch within 5 - 10 working days of payment being received / processed (within Australia).
All deliveries are performed during normal business hours.

All customer delivery requirements including contact phone numbers must be up to date at time of checkout.

All deliveries will be made to the customers address provided at checkout.

Lost Items

As mentioned above, we obtain proof of postage and delivery on all items sent, and these can be provided upon request. We will do all we can to work with you to track an item , and will stay in contact with you for the duration of the search.


Faulty Items

All products are individually inspected before being dispatched, to ensure items are sent out in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your item is faulty, please contact us immediately and return it to us in its original condition. Upon inspection, we will be happy to replace it if the item is found to be faulty. Celebrity Style is committed to work through any issues our customers may have in accordance with the terms and conditions.


Hair Extensions

Celebrity Style will not in anyway, be held responsible for the mistreatment or misuse of your hair extensions. Any type of hair extension method on the market MAY cause damage to your hair if treated, used or maintained incorrectly. Celebrity Style will not in any way be held liable or reasonable for any damage that may be caused to the extensions. The purchaser is responsible for reading our terms and making an informed decision on what method best suits them. Refunds are not offered for any reason after opening, due to hygienic reasons

When purchasing from Celebrity Style Pty Ltd, you have agreed to all terms and conditions outlined.

Please note that these terms and conditions do not affect or change your basic consumer rights under the Fair Trading Practices Act. Celebrity Style reserves the right to change or amend these terms at any time.
